My dealer suggested I do the upgrading to my 830. I did it all in order, upgrading from 30.16.20, to 31.39.41 and then up to 32.44.80. When I got to the last upgrade, everything seemed fine. Told me to turn off the machine after the upgrade, and now, when I turn it on, it's stuck at the opening screen. No buttons on the right are active except the "help" button. No lights come on or anything.
I can't find my original disk, and Bernina isn't open today. Can someone give me a hint on what to do? My dealer is stumped too.

I have the Explorations 1.5 program Galaxy but have never been able to figure out how to get my designs from the filling assistant into the Explorations program with out being under the design file and clicking on other and that makes you scroll through all of your designs I want to be able to go into the filling assistant and find the folder I need and the pattern I want and put it into Explorations so I can work with it there. How can I do this?
